Volunteers
Wanted: volunteer mushroom
Position description
GFF is looking for its future volunteer mushrooms to join the festival’s executive colony.
If you enjoy organising, contacting, following up, sorting, coordinating, checking, suggesting, correcting and carrying an idea through to something concrete — while keeping a reasonable tolerance for administrative spores — this position may be for you.
Main missions
Organisational mycelium: help coordinate tasks, deadlines, documents, lists, meetings and decisions already in place.
Inter-species relations: take part in exchanges with partners, restaurants, venues, speakers, artists, associations and other compatible organisms.
Controlled-environment culture: help turn ideas into concrete actions without triggering bureaucratic contamination.
Spore propagation: support communication, calls for participation, public messages and useful content.
Substrate monitoring: spot what is missing, what is stuck, what needs to be followed up, confirmed or put in order before someone says: “we’ll deal with it later”.
What we offer
A place in the team that sets GFF in motion.
Concrete, useful missions — sometimes strange, but never decorative.
Moderate exposure to administrative spores.
No official guarantee of mutation, but a strong probability of interesting encounters.
