Volunteers

The festival grows with you

Join the people who make the festival happen

A festival does not spring from the ground on its own. Long before the first workshop, screening or plate is served, a team imagines, connects, coordinates and turns ideas into reality.

To build the first edition of Geneva Fungi Fest, we are looking for curious, independent people ready to contribute some of their time, experience or simply their energy.

Where can you take root?

Four teams, a thousand ways to help

Choose the area that suits you best. Roles will then be adapted to your skills, interests and the time you can offer.

The Comms Amanita

The Partners’ Truffle

The Program Boletus

Scheduling, guests, permits and coordinating activities before and during the festival.

The On-site Chanterelle

Your involvement

Before, during or from home

Beforehand

Build the festival

A few hours a month or week to join meetings, prepare activities and move a specific area forward.

During

Bring the festival grounds to life

Occasional help with set-up, welcoming visitors, logistics and public support.

At your own pace

Help in another way

Some tasks can be carried out remotely or offered as occasional help, depending on your availability.

What you gain

Watch the festival grow from within

  • Help launch a new cultural event in Geneva.
  • Discover what really happens behind the scenes of a festival.
  • Put your skills to work on a living, evolving event.
  • Meet a curious, creative and committed community.
  • Be able to say, quite seriously: “We made this happen.”

Tell us what you enjoy doing. We will find where your energy can make the greatest difference.
