Volunteers
Wanted
Join the mycelium of the Geneva Fungi Fest
Before the mushrooms appear above ground on festival day, everything happens beneath the surface. We are looking for the shadow architects, the roots of the project: the famous mycelium network.
Without you, the festival will remain an invisible spore. We are looking for brains and executive hands to help plan everything.
Profiles wanted
The communication Amanita: able to spread the news faster than spores in the wind.
The fine Truffle: you have the nose to sniff out support, grants and useful logistical leads.
The programming Porcini: you know how to structure a schedule, contact speakers and line up artists like mushrooms after the rain.
The administrative Chanterelle: Dolibarr and authorisation requests do not scare you.
Your executive mission
Take part in meetings of crisis, and laughter.
Make real decisions that help shape the festival.
Deal with the messy early stages, but keep the pride of saying: “We made this happen.”
Required profile
You are autonomous and do not wait to be watered before you start growing.
You enjoy teamwork before the public part begins.
You are ready to invest a few hours per week.
Want to move from spectator to festival maker?
Send us a message with your hidden superpowers.
Position: shadow organiser / mycological brain.
Compensation: eternal glory, founding member status and absolute power, or almost, over the programme.
